California Beach Camp

Ya know, everyone has a bad day every now and then. But no one deserves to be yelled at and embarressed by there bosses or anybody for that matter. The best way to cope with this is to simply learn how to deal with difficult people. I know it may seem like dude, this is so obvious, but some people will believe it or not, crall up into there shells and not defend for themselves. If you see happening to anyone you work with, make sure you help them out with a simple word of advice. A simple pep talk and to stand up for themselves will do. Hope this helps.
